How It Works
On arrival, each of you fills out a short intake form so your treatment is fully customized to your body and your goals
Step into a private room, decorated for the occasion, set with a romantic atmosphere from the moment you walk in
Begin with a glass of wine or champagne, together, before your treatment starts
Two dedicated therapists attend to you — one for each of you — fully focused on what each of you needs
Your massage is completely customized, and comes with every add-on included: hot stones, a steam eye mask, and tiger balm, for each of you
After your massage, receive a rose — a small finishing touch to a treatment built around making you feel like royalty

BOOKING POLICY
At Cheeva Som Retreat, every appointment reserves a therapist's time exclusively for you. Our policies exist to respect their time, our business, and every client waiting for an appointment. By booking with us, you agree to the following.
Cancellations
Cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled time
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are not accepted
Bookings canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable
Rescheduling
Reschedule at any time, as long as you notify us at least 2 hours before your session
This helps us manage our therapists' schedules fairly

Refunds
All bookings are final and non-refundable
No refunds are issued once a treatment has been received, under any circumstances
If you weren't satisfied with your experience, contact us directly — we take every concern seriously and will work with you personally to make it right
Chargebacks
Every client completes an intake form and provides their information at booking and check-in
These records confirm your booking and attendance
Any chargeback filed after receiving a service will be disputed with this documentation
Please contact us first with any billing concern — we're always willing to resolve it directly
Late Arrivals
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session
Arriving late may shorten your treatment time, since sessions must end on schedule
Late arrivals are still charged the full session price

We ask all clients to treat our staff with courtesy and respect
Cheeva Som Retreat reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately toward our team
