24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations incur 50% of the service price.
No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Arriving late may shorten your treatment time; the full service price applies.
Please advise us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, or pregnancy at the time of booking.
Physician or surgeon clearance is required for post-surgery treatments and may be requested for high-risk pregnancies.
Gratuity is not included; 18–20% is customary for exceptional service.
Gift certificates are available and valid for all services.
We reserve the right to reassign your appointment to another qualified therapist if needed.
